Packaging Management

A cleaner environment, a healthier future

As part of our environmental commitments, we plan to recycle our plastic domestically at the TML plant and to move part of our range into recycled packaging.

Plastic Collection Campaign

As part of its social responsibility commitments, MCS Coca-Cola has announced a goal of collecting and recycling the equivalent of every bottle and can it sells by 2030. To that end we run plastic collection campaigns and encourage the public to sort their plastic packaging for recycling.

Lightweighting Our Bottles

The Coca-Cola Company works continuously to reduce both the raw materials used in packaging and the energy consumed, worldwide. That is why we are lightweighting our packaging and using less plastic — one concrete example of putting our environmental commitments into practice.

Packaging Color Change

There are many signs that MCS Coca-Cola’s operations are moving toward healthier, greener production. For example, turning a green bottle clear means we have stopped using colorant altogether. Decisions like these require careful planning and thorough preparation.

Environmentally Friendly Packaging

Because glass packaging can be reused, it is considered environmentally friendly, eco-conscious production. Glass bottles are returned by our customers and consumers, then sterilized, washed and reused — an environmentally responsible practice that creates shared value with our customers and consumers and makes a real contribution to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
