In support of an initiative by the Ministry of Education and Science, we opened a kindergarten with 75 places. As 43% of our employees have children aged 2–5, pre-school enrolment increased as a result.
Around 40 of our employees take maternity leave each year, and just as many return as nursing mothers. To give them a comfortable environment, we have fitted out a dedicated nursing and expressing room.
