Announcing the “MCS Internship 2026” Paid Internship Program

Registration is now open for the “MCS Internship 2026” paid internship program, which gives university students the chance to start their careers on the right footing, gain real-world experience and develop themselves while working alongside leading professionals and learning the culture of a business organization.

Since the program was launched in 2022, more than 220 university students have completed paid internships at MCS Group companies, and those who received offers to join as full-time employees continue to work with us successfully.

Through the “MCS Internship” program, students not only build practical, hands-on work experience but also take part in personal development training and community activities, receive advice from MCS Group mentors and expand their professional network, making the three months of the internship truly productive. There is also the opportunity to continue at MCS Group companies as a full-time employee.

Eligibility requirements:

– Be a third- or fourth-year university student
– Have a GPA of 2.8 or above
