MCS Coca-Cola Named “Entrepreneur 2021” Enterprise of the Year and Entrepreneur Adopting Sustainable Production Management
The “Entrepreneur” awards, presented by the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry to the outstanding enterprises, organizations and business owners making a real contribution to Mongolia’s social and economic development, have been held. MCS Coca-Cola was named both “Enterprise of the Year” and “Entrepreneur Adopting Sustainable Production Management”.

MCS Coca-Cola was named both “Enterprise of the Year” and “Entrepreneur Adopting Sustainable Production Management”.
- In 2020–2021 the company implemented Mongolia’s first waste plastic packaging recycling plant project, and is working toward recycling 100 percent of its waste plastic packaging by 2030 and reducing the weight of its packaging.
- The company has also completely phased out raw-coal-burning technology and, together with MCS International, commissioned a gas-fired steam boiler, delivering a comprehensive program for doing business in a way that is friendly to society and to the environment.
