MCS Coca-Cola Named “Best Enterprise Producing Safe, Certified Products”
The company has strengthened internal controls on food safety and successfully certified international management systems, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2005, ISO 18001:2007 and ISO 22000:2005, through audits by the international audit body SGS since 2009.
The company has strengthened internal controls on food safety across its operations and implemented the following international management systems:
- ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System; /certified on November 9, 2010/
- ISO 14001:2005 Environmental Management System; /certified on January 3, 2013/
- ISO 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System; /certified on January 3, 2013/
- ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety and Quality Management System /certified on November 26, 2010/ — all audited and successfully certified by the international audit body SGS since 2009.
- In 2013 the company worked to move from ISO 22000:2005 to FSSC 22000:2010 — the integrated standard covering good manufacturing practice and HACCP food safety — and successfully passed the stage 1 audit.
The award was presented to MCS Coca-Cola in recognition of achieving a “Green – 0”, or 100%, result in The Coca-Cola Company’s Social Responsibility Audit for two consecutive years.
